What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, Choice Labs may collect your name, business name, contact details, preferred contact method, the type of help you are seeking, information about your business process, and limited technical information needed to protect the form from abuse.
Why we collect it
We use the information to review and respond to your enquiry, arrange a free initial conversation, and prepare a recommendation or quote. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Who can access it
Authorised Choice Labs personnel and providers needed for website hosting, spam prevention and email delivery may process the information. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
We use reasonable safeguards and keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive personal information through the form.
Access and correction
You can ask whether Choice Labs holds personal information about you and request access or correction by emailing info@choicelabs.co.nz. You can also contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
